Приведены основные сведения о механизмах биогенеза данных молекул, рассмотрена их регуляторная роль. Особое внимание уделяется перспективе использования миРНК в качестве диагностических и прогностических биомаркеров рака почки с учетом противоречивых данных, выявленных в различных исследованиях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review analyzes the literature data on the role of circulating microRNAs in human kidney cancer. Basic information about the mechanisms of biogenesis of microRNAs is given, their regulatory role is considered.
