Диастаз прямых мышц живота чаще встречается у женщин фертильного возраста и приводит к снижению качества жизни, к нарушению эстетики, является фактором возникновения грыж белой линии живота. Изолированный диастаз не является абсолютным показанием для хирургического лечения, в связи с чем актуальность исследования неоперативного лечения возрастает. Вопрос изучения неоперативного лечения диастаза, как метода профилактики развития грыж белой линии живота, является приоритетным в развитии герниологии в ближайшие 25 лет. В данном обзоре представлены варианты неоперативного лечения и новый взгляд на проблему консервативного ведения пациентов с диастазом прямых мышц живота.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, the issue of diastasis recti is increasingly being addressed in Russian and international literature. Diastasis recti is most common in women of childbearing age and leads to a reduced quality of life, impaired aesthetic function, and is a factor in the development of linea alba hernias. Isolated diastasis is not an indication for surgical treatment, therefore, the relevance of research into non-surgical treatments is increasing. The study of non-surgical treatment for diastasis as a method for preventing the development of linea alba hernias is a priority in the development of herniology over the next twenty-five years.
