Классификации Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ) первичных опухолей центральной нервной системы (ЦНС), которые могут оказать влияние на клиническую практику в нейроонкологии. В литературном обзоре рассмотрен современный гибридный гистогенетический подход к таксономии и номенклатуре первичных опухолей ЦНС. Отмеченные особенности 5-й редакции классификации важны патологоанатомам и специалистам в области нейроонкологии. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article focuses on the latest edition of the World Health Organization (WHO) classification of primary tumors of the central nervous system (CNS), which was released in 2021, and the changes in it that may have an impact on clinical practice in neurooncology. The literature review considers a modern hybrid histo-molecular approach to the taxonomy and nomenclature of primary CNS tumors.
