Однако не только повышенное АД, но и сниженное АД (острое и хроническое) являются одной частью J-образной кривой повышенного риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний [1, 2]. Тем не менее, проблема артериальной гипотензии (АГт) на сегодняшний день остается малоизученной. В статье обсуждаются диагностические критерии АГт, ее патофизиологические механизмы и подходы к диагностике и лечению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Blood pressure (BP) and its level are indicators of human health and the object of research in recent decades. However, not only elevated BP, but also reduced BP (acute and chronic) are one part of the J-shaped curve of increased risk of cardiovascular diseases [1, 2]. Nevertheless, the problem of arterial hypotension (AH) remains poorly understood today.
