Амилоидоз желудочно-кишечного тракта. Клинические случаи

Амилоидоз — группа заболеваний, характеризующихся внеклеточным отложением в тканях и органах фибриллярного белка (амилоида), состоящих из β-складчатых пластин. Клинические проявления и эндоскопическая картина амилоидоза разнообразна и малоспецифична, в связи с чем у специалистов возникают трудности с постановкой диагноза. Наиболее часто проявления со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта отмечаются при AL-амилоидозе. Морфологический диагноз устанавливают при обнаружении характерного яблочно-зеленого двойного лучепреломления в поляризованном свете после окрашивания конго красным. В данной статье представлены клинические случаи диагностики амилоидоза желудочно-кишечного тракта и современные данные литературы.
